Keays Return & Refund Policy

At Keays, we want you to feel confident wearing your piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return, exchange or get a store credit within 30 days of delivery.

All return and exchange requests must go through ou customer service at support@thekeaysclub.com


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • Must be in the original packaging with all tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


What Happens After You Submit a Return

Once your request is approved:

  • You’ll be given instructions for shipping the item back

Return shipping costs are free. We will send you a printable label. 


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Unauthorized returns


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately via the Returns Portal or at support@thekeaysclub.com and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out.


Return Policy Misuse

We monitor returns to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to decline returns in cases of:

  • Excessive or suspicious return activity

  • Fraud or reseller behavior

  • Returns of worn or altered products
